For attorneys:

I have the qualifications you need.

I’ve been completing comprehensive evaluations since 2007 and administering evaluations specifically for immigration cases since 2016. As a board-licensed psychotherapist, I’m credentialed to diagnose clients. In the Henrico County Virginia court system, I was cross-examined and deemed an expert in trauma. I’ll email a CV along with the completed evaluation.

I offer the services you need.

With a conveniently located office in Richmond, Virginia, I offer diagnostic evaluations and assessments for immigration cases and can provide sessions in both English and Spanish.

What you can expect:

I’m thorough and, depending on calendar, can complete your evaluation within 1 to 3 weeks, which includes appointment wait time. I’ll conduct three to five hours of direct, face-to-face contact with client (completed usually in one or two appointments) and will consult with you, the attorney, as needed to complete a report that is about 16 pages to include a comprehensive mental health and diagnostic evaluation with recommendations detailing proof to support your case.

Once finalized, I’ll mail the signed and notarized evaluation to the client, including a Spanish version if needed. I also securely email it to you, the attorney, along with my CV and copy of my license in case the judge or officials ask for that.

Assessment and Report Total Cost*

The cost ranges from $1000 up, depending on how soon you need the evaluation completed and the type of case (Extreme Hardship, U-Visa, VAWA, Asylum, etc.). Please ask client to schedule an appointment as soon as possible to avoid rush fees (reports needed within one to three weeks).

I also offer court appearance as an expert witness for an additional $1,500 to be away from office + gas mileage.

*Sliding scale for families on or near the poverty line.

*If attorney is sliding or offering pro bono, this therapist will consider the same. Note that for asylum, U-Visa, and VAWA applicants, I have been cross-examined and deemed an expert in trauma in the Chesterfield and Henrico, Virginia court systems.
